NEW FEATURES

10-DANCE OR SINGLE DANCE COMPILATIONS

1 Set-up a new file for each 10-dance or single dance compilation

2 In Setup add the names of all the dances required (e.g Amateur Waltz, Amateur Tango, Amateur Foxtrot, Amateur Quickstep) all as separate events

3 Tick the box entitled Enable Single Dance Compilation and exit Setup

4 To operate, input the judges' marks for each dance as normal, so that a separate recall and scrutineering sheet can be obtained for each dance

5 At the end of the final round click on the SDC box and the overall result and scrutineering sheet with the final summary will be produced

REPECHAGE

1 In Setup enter the event details as normal but place a tick in the Repechage box towards the bottom of the screen for the event concerned. (N.B the second round recall may often be larger than the first)

2 Operate the first round as normal inputting the judges marks and calculating
THE RECALL PRODUCED WILL BE THE NUMBERS WHICH HAVE NOT QUALIFIED AUTOMATICALLY FOR THE THIRD ROUND AND ARE REQUIRED TO DANCE AGAIN IN THE REPECHAGE

3 At the end of the Repechage (or 2nd Round) the first round qualifiers will automatically be added to the numbers successful in the repechage round

4 The event can then continue in the normal way
