Scrutelle has proved to be the most efficient and versatile scrutineering program
available. It encompasses world wide requirements,
including easy upload to the website and final rankings at the touch of a button
It has automatic save features throughout so that if any problem occurs with power or printing the file can easily be retrieved and will contain all of the data input up to that time. It can be constantly reprogrammed to change dances, adjudicators, recalls etc. as the competition progresses The beauty of scrutelle is that the fully detailed scrutineering sheet can be viewed on screen before accepting the computer's decision. This gives the flexibility of being able to override initial requests if desired scrutelle also has the facility to include competitors' names on result cards. These can either be input manually or copied and pasted from other software programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel The preparation & operating instructions and the troubleshooting section have been prepared by Estelle herself based on her experience using the program in real situations scrutelle is available for evaluation/purchase by qualified scrutineers | |

| This module is used to carry out further processing of the results after the final for an event has been completed. This includes final placings and single dance compilations |

The results determined by the main scrutelle program as used at competition time can thus be recalculated in the RM module using a completely independent set of coding. The rules of the Skating System are complex and the correct way of applying them can be confusing. In the case of any doubt or query the two procedures can be compared, leading to increased confidence in the results. This of course will be of great benefit in future should the rules be changed
